Hi all.

Im just wondering if it would be possible to do this, sorry if it sounds stupid.

What i was thinking was setting up a subdomain with a tinyportal and smf on it.

But would it be possible to link the smf on the subdomain to the one on the main site?

this for example

news forum, but its linked to the one on the main site.


or a script that could copy a post from the smf subdomain to a hardcoded forum on the main site?

you could add the mysql server name on the subdomain, but you can get trouble with some files...
