eek! Help please!

Can someone tell me how to manually delete or turn off a block? I seemed to have added bad code into a php block and I can't get into the admin panel to delete it.

Nevermind I think I figured it out myself just started poking around the database

You can do this to temporarily disable all blocks so you can go into the admin and fix it.

index.php?action=admin;noblocks
