Suggestion: rating downloads in the download manager

What about adding a download rating fuction?

You can rate the offered downloads by clicking on 1 to 5 starts or something similar.

Or just make something like this:

And then the results (cut through) will be displayed there.

Guestbook...that should be a rather easy module, more or less like the shoutbox.

A Faq section is needed for this site at least. I will consider both.
