Table 'smf.smf_tp_settings' doesn't exist

Hi All,

I have got this running before on my own site for a client.  I tried to upload the old one to the new server with no luck so I re uploaded a fresh version of the SMF forum and The tiny portal.  After doing the manula install(now twice)  I am getting this error when I log into the site.

Table 'smf.smf_tp_settings' doesn't exist

What does this mean?
