When I try to access either gallery and link managers or admins it tells me "not implemented"

If I answer your question in a PM.. How does this help anybody else who may have the same problem?
It dosen't, it only resolves your problem.

Unless you are invited to PM for reasons such as security, usernames and passwords, it is likely that your PM will go ignored, I can't speak for everybody else.. but those are generally the reasons.
