The upload was not able to complete. This might happen because it took too long to upload or the file is bigger than the server will allow.

Please consult your server administrator for more information.

When I click on upload a fire in TP and what not I get this error. It does not take that long for that message to come up.  It is between 70 an 80kb in size.

There are several diffrent things you can check.
The file size should be OK as most servers accept 2mb through the PHP, so you need to check with your host how big of file they allow you to send through the PHP.

Time duration is also something they need to check. Thats the time limit set on the server from the time you start uploading to the file is uploaded. Most servers have 30 sec to 1 min set, you have to ask them to change that for you.

The last thing is the file extension, make sure you have the correct extension set in your download admin.

The file extension is fine.  I will see what they say about the  about the time thing. Like I said I was just testing this out and it was only a 70-80kb file.
