fckeditor toolbar not showing

My fckeditor toolbar doest show anything when I try to edit and create new articles. It works fine before but now there was an error. I cannot create articles nor edit my recent articles anymore. What is seems the problem.

Have you dissabled your editor in the TP settings ?
Make sure you have activated what editor you want to use

fckeditor is enabled in my tinyportal setting, I don't know what happen, last time it works fine but now it display a blank page without the editor.

you must have changed or installed something since last time that have changed a file or more.
Try and download the manual install package and extract the files and uploaded them overwriting the old ones

I already tried it, it extract the tinyportal zip and reupload the FCKeditor folder in my forum but it doesnt work anything.
And also the WhizzyWig doesn't work either.

You must upload ALL the files from the manuall install package, not just the editor files.

Other mods can cause problems as well. I know the SEO mod for SMF causes problems with the editors.

I've already upload all files in tinyportal manual install and overwriting all old files but still the fckeditor toolbar doest displaying.

I don't have any SEO mod installed and my SMF. I have smf mods installed but it works fine with tinyportal editor before.

I recently run this query in my phpMyAdmin

REPLACE INTO smf_settings
   (variable, value)
VALUES ('disableTemplateEval', '1');

To fix some problem in my forum error log, do you think this is the cause of the problem

I think that my webhost causing this problem, I've already contacted them about this and waiting for their response.
