Error During Install

I found this in my PM in box 

Hey,

I have searched all throughout the forum and FAQ's trying to find this problem, but I can not find anything close enough to it.



I have done a half and half install (I used the package manager), but I uploaded my index.template.php file once I fixed it up since it failed the test.


The problem I am getting now is this:

Table 'new1.smf_tp_variables' doesn't exist
File: /home/.mondale/kaze6689/animesharing.org/forum/Sources/TPortal.php
Line: 92

Which basically means none of the databases were created.


So I ran the manual database install, but got this error:
