User info uptop

Hello,

I recently installed the Tolkien theme on SMF 1.1.3 with TP 0.98.  I have it set to turn off the user info uptop so that the banner is a little cleaner and just have the user info on the side but the user info still appears uptop.

Is there a way to fix that?

Some themes support this feature and some don't. Unfortunately, this theme doesn't have the code in it to work.

I went into index.template.php and deleted all the code under user the function userarea

I still get the info on the left hand side thanks to TP.

Is there going to be a problem with this down the road?
