[SOLVED]Side bar weirdness

I run http://www.xfilesforum.net and a Moderator has just alerted me that the only box she can see on the right hand side of the board is the shoutbox.

All other members are supposed to see the Recent, Stats, and Shoutbox areas.

I recently upgraded to SMF 1.1.3 and installed TP 0.9.8 when it was released - will I have to install 0.9.8 again or is there an easier way around this?

First thing to check would be your permissions ghostfreak.

On the blocks in question see if you have checks in the boxes for whoever you want to be able to see the block....
Manage Blocks>Edit Blocks

Hmmm, for some reason when I updated to 1.1.3 it disallowed some block permissions.

Have you come across this before?

Yes we have, and we cant really call it an issue.
You need to read the updates for the versions so you know what's been changed in them.
From TP V.097 to V.098 you got a new feature called PANELS inside your TP admin.
Check there and set the panels to show.

Anytime you do an update you need to re-check all of your Admin settings for things like permissions just to be sure that nothing has changed.

It has thanks but should I install TP 0.9.8 again? As I see at the top of the page:

TinyPortal v0.9.8 is updated to work with SMF 1.1.3. Please use the same download for updated files.

It was just 1.1.3 added at end of package_info.xml so no.Its 99.9999999% same
