slugish forum

[owyeahhh]

i just want to ask what's the real problem of our forum I already check the forum maintenance and there is no error found. I ask the hosting company where I host and they said there's no problem with there server and told me that it might be the scripts i use in the forum w/c is SMF.

I really don't know what's the main problem why our forum goes too slow. any idea?
