Edit Block is blank?

Just downloaded TP 0.983 to work with SMF, and everything went smoothly.

But now Im in the admin section getting ready to load a them, and while scrolling down I noticed the TP block is blank.   There is no way for me to edit it?

I double check the install, and it still says its good.


Any idea?

lol... yep.. just found it, and was coming back to say so.

Sorry.. its been awhile since I been around, and forgot how user friendly everything is around here....  Just have to take a moment to find the answer... but its usually there.
