If you have updated with the patch you should have TP there (if you had it installed before you upgraded your SMF)
If you havent had TP before, you simply download the tp package and install it through your package manager like any other mod.

Thank you. I downloaded the install and than uploaded to my server. But dont know how to get it from server to Manager. So  I just downloaded the package directly from my hard drive. But, I want to get it off the server.  2. After I clicked apply mode this is what I got.Error in Package Installation

At least one error was encountered during a test installation of this package. It is strongly recommended that you do not continue with installation unless you know what you are doing, and have made a backup very recently. This error may be caused by a conflict between the package you're trying to install and another package you have already installed, an error in the package, a package which requires another package that you don't have installed yet, or a package designed for another version of SMF.

Also the test failed on line 10

What you can do is look in the docs section and find the edits that have to be made to that one file that failed.  After you get the file modify by adding the code you will find in the docs section.   Then go ahead with the install and upload that one file overwriting the one that is there and BAM you will have tp.
