Login/LogOut Errors

I'm receiving some errors when logging in and logging out of my site.  I was wondering if someone can go to my site, register, login, and logout a few times and see if they can help me figure out what the problem is and how to fix it.

A word of caution though, I did actually try to install both TinyPortal and MKPortal at one time.  I believe the logging in and logging out issues started at this time.  Since then, I (at least thought I did) completely remove MKPortal.  In fact, MKPortal is no where to be found on my host, anymore.

It needs to be checked on both IE7 and Firefox 2.0.

Another thing I noticed, is that, first of all, I have two user accounts to my site.  For one of the accounts, I used IE7, and for the other one, I used Firefox 2.0.  The error didn't seem to occur while logging in with only one of my accounts, but did with both.  I had to delete my internet files to get it to work correctly.  Could this be some sort of security feature with an uninformative error message?

Can someone help me solve this problem?

Will do. Thanks for the advice.  Figured it might've been some sort of TP conflict though when I tried to make it merge w/ MKPortal.
