I had to restore my site to a previous back up and I'm getting this error, mind you I see no MODs installed.

What theme do you have on there right now,

put it back to the default, that theme is calling for Tiny Portal and it is not installed right now.

I don't know how you restored so I cannot say, you may have to install theme again.

I tried install the theme again, but it's stating my Themes directory is not writable - I just checked though, and it is...

you need to install Tiny Portal again if your going to use tiny portal themes. You may have to do it manually if you cannot do it through the package manager.

Which directory is it suppose to be uploaded to? Sources? Or the main forum directory?
