Decide to make my public forum readable

Can this be done?

I want to make my pulic forum rooms available to guest so they can read the post but not reply (if they want to reply i want them to register)

How can i do that? and how can i then put the last 5 or recent readable post on tp?

thanks

These should be questions directed to SMF since they are forum questions.
