Should be MORE then 0.5 and you have 0.96 so that one looks ok to me

You should post at SMF for help on your server load issue. If you think TP may be the problem, remove it for a bit and test. If not, then you'll have to talk to the people at SMF that no about this stuff.

i already post this problem at SMF but no reply coming from them. maybe there are lots of tech guys here who are generous and much willing to help compared to SMF.

I think you have nothing to worry about.
As a suggestion, I think you have far too many images on the home page which are increasing loading time.
You can simply turn on the built in page time creation feature.

Admin > Features and Options > Layout and Options > Display time taken to create every page [check box].

This will display a time in the footer of every page and you can compare between pages.

Page created in 0.137 seconds with 21 queries.

Just as a note, even though you don't always get a reply at SMF it still doesn't make TinyPortal a support site for unanswered SMF queries.
You either need to wait, or bump the post after 24 hours.
