De/activate blocks along with page and theme

1. How can I close/open specific blocks according to 1st page and forum?
More specifically, I want right and left blocks at 1st page and only left at forum.

2. How can I change the images inside blocks according to the theme selected?

1. You cannot open/close blocks according frontpage or forum. You can specify which sidebars you want to display on frontpage and in forum in the TPAdmin settings.

2. You will have to wait for Bloc to answer that because it is beyond any options that TP offers.

2. use a setting..its called $settings['theme_url'] and contain the path to your current theme folder. You also have $settings['default_theme_url'] which contain the path to DEFAULT theme folder - in case you have any images/stuff thats ONLY in that folder.

If you use a phpblock(which you must )..this will for example show a image depending on theme you are in:

the $setting will put in the correct path, an all themes have images/xxx.gif, so it will change image depending on theme.
