I switched my server to 5.x instead of PHP, and everything related to TinyPortal aside from actually displaying blocks died. (Edit, Admin, Shouting).

So now I have a site that requires 4.x, and a site that require 5.x...

IchBin

It may not work on the "latest" 5.2.x version. However, it does work on 5 because I'm running it on my site. Your description was a little vague though. Can you elaborate? Thanks.

I switched from PHP 4 to PHP 5, and edit blocks and shouting stopped working and gave the 403 Error. I Didn't check everything, and immediately switched back to PHP 4.

I have seen problems moving from PHP4 to PHP5, I'm not 100% on my recollection, but I think that you will need to convert your database to work with PHP5/MySQL5 by running the upgrade.php file from SMF and the manual_tp_install.php file from Tiny Portal.
