when i set up my block sas the admin it looks all correct on main tp page, but soon as i log in as a member of a differnt group like moderator or just  another member group i created..all the blocks show up in the right place but the block titles are messed up, so on right side if i have a user box that shows title as user when im logged in as admin, show as stats or some other name when i log in as a different group member. At least 4 of the block titles dont match whats in the box.I checked that all blocks have the members set to be able to see the blocks so that is not it.

What could be causing this?

thanks for the help

oh when you first come to the site it the blocks are correct, soon as u log in with any other id besides admin, the block titles are wrong.

here are pictures.

This is what looks like when on main page for everyone:

This is what looks like when any other member logins in, look at the block titles.

I even tried taking a regular member and making them a admin and still the same thing happens so its not rights related. Seems the blocks only show up correctly when login in with admin account that i created the blocks under. Please help

thanks

I just tried another test, i created a new user now that the tp is set up and the new users the blocks look fine, so its just the users that were already there before i put TP on.

Ok i can stop panicking now, i have figured it out and will leave the post up in case it happens to someone else. But remember after installing TP i had the issue with the blank tp admin box under admin and that was because i had english-utf8 for language setting instead of english?

well after i changed it to english i started building my tp site. Since i was pulling my hair out over this issue and i just created a new user and the settings were right for the new user i though maybe the user table in the database would give me a hint. So i logged on to sql phpmyadmin and looked at the user table and all users that had this problem all had english-utf8 listed in the database as their language file and the others were empty. So i edited each of those users and removed the english-utf8 from the users database fields and it worked after that. :-). Phew

Go all the way down on in each blocks settings and set the name the same for all languages, or at least the ones you use. Did you switch it up to english-utf8 or somethin?

edit*** shoulda read the last post first...
