cant do home page

Guests are allowed to see the forum.
There are so many setting is hard to keep track of what is where.

All in all I am liking TP and SMF the more I use it. I came from a snitz forum that did not have anywhere near the customizability.

i have only started doing this forum lark in the last four months forum will be 5 months old on 27th of this months and installed tp on tuesday morning

had to drop down to defoult forum so lost loads of features but getting them back in slowley if there compatable that is
still need to find a free theme as now out of funds just had to pay this months server (free ones wasnt doing the job kept timing out and running out of band width)

so have only experienced the smf and now tp as well

i think i reda somewere bute cant find it now i need to create a folder or summat in cpanel>public htmml>froums and add the banner code in there


is this right or am i doing it wrong again

martinmarinekeeper, you really need to separate your issues. When a thread goes 40 different ways it really makes it difficult to keep things sorted around here. If you need to learn how to make banners or something, I would suggest a google search. YOu'll find a ton of tutorials for photoshop, and places that will show you the code on how to insert these things into your pages.

i can do the banners i just cant get them small and put them down the left colum as above left everytime i try iit just puts code in there if you click my sig you will see the banners i want to shrink down and get on the left colum


i read somewere on here you need to make a folder


thought i would keep this thread open that way its all tied as one saving threads ans starters etc
