How can I add a link to any blockunder

I want to add a "show unread" link under of recent block... How can i add? I tried but i couldn't. must i look to Tportalblocks.template?

Are you speaking of the "mark unread" link on a per topic basis?

No, i mean i have to add any link to underneath of recent block... not per recent... only one link

Which recent block are you using? The pre-defined one by TP, or a custom block? If its the predefined one you'll have to edit the block code in the TPortalblocks.template.php file.
