because i have people using porxy's hacking it and making people say "Im Gay!" stuff like that. and some poeple advertise with username "asd" and that isnt even on my member list. Help?

If people are able to post as other users, their accounts have more than likely been hacked. The hacker or person has figured out their password. TP uses SMF user/sessions to keep track of these things.

I have a loggin script and the IP that posts the stuff in the shoutbox isnt on it. Is the shoutbox File based or not?

Im almost 100% sure it's not a shoutbox issue as we have been testing the shoutbox with everything we can to get a hacked way in, but it holds up so i dont think it's a shoutbox issue at all.
More likly what IchBin have said, someone have broken your password or some one elses.
