Where to store images for articles in TP?

Where do I have to store images which I'd like to show in an TP-article?

that's entirely up to you. i personally upload them into /images/ in my root /public_html folder, and then you put the url of the image in the html for the article

Do I need a special folder if using the WYSIWYG-Editor? It offers the possibility to add an image - but it seems to scan only certain folders... Can I tell the editor what dir to scan?

You might be able to do that. But I'm sure you'd have to go into the configuration files and tell it where to look.

Yes, you need to go into the configuration files of AplosRTE for this. Currently its set at its "upload" folder in there.
