Inserting Image Only

I'm not 100% sure what's causing it, but when I try to respond with only an image, I get an error stating that the field was left empty...So, I go ahead and insert a period to have it work, but that's kind of annoying...

How do I fix this?

Are you saying that when you reply to a post and just insert an image you get a warning message?
I've just done that on my site and I don't get a warning.

I'll look into it.. it does not seem to do it on my site.. I'll try again in a public board and a test account.
It may be a setting.

I've no clue what's causing it, but it's been like that for some time, just never got around to asking what could be behind it...

It does not do it here either at TP.. Have you asked at SMF? This is really a question for them.
I have not yet found a setting for it.. I'm not sure why it happens. I'm just about to leave work.

We would appreciate it if you try SMF first with SMF questions. Here, as  a last resort as we have plenty to do here. Thanks Alex.
