TinyPortal 403????

Ok , can anyone tell me why, when I access wwww.tinyportal.co.uk thru IE7 it goes straight to the forum but if I type the same url into FF2 it goes to a 403 Forbidden page? With FF2 I have to type in the url + index.php to get to the forum!!

It appears the server is having some problems. Hang tight while we look into this.
