Where is the actual code for this part of the footer on the index?

Not the index.template.php code, I know where that is, but where is the code that is called for that to appear??

Ok cool so that is where the SMF copyright is, and I found the TP copyright in the Sources/TPortal.php

its in the index.php file... i removed my forum version for better security.. SMF allows that
