Please help with "Commenting Option Switched off" Text

Hi all..hope I am posting in the right section.

I have this text that says "Commenting Option Switched off for this article" when guest view the forum.

Now, I don't want guest to comment but it is not the case that commenting is switched off and it just bugs me.  I will like to edit it to say something  "Please login or register to post a comment".

I am running the Corto theme and think I am on 0.9.7.

Can anyone please point me to where I can make this edit?

I've wanted to change that for some time now, and had forgotten to ask. Glad you brought it up and hope that there's an easy fix.

Any text strings in TP or SMF will be in the language files. If its a TP string search the TP language files. Themes/default/languages/

If you open the file and search for the words you're looking for you'll more than likely find it pretty fast.

Easy enough. Found it in the TPortal.english.php file.
