Can't download TP

I'm trying to download TP but when I click "DOWNLOAD" it says:

An Error Has Occurred!
You are not allowed to access this section.

and it logs me out.

Any help please?

Please change your topic name to a more propiate one. Help doesent apply all that well from a search or any of the team or members that probably might have the answers.

What are you trying to download ?  Can you copy the link to the download you are getting the error from.

Works fine in FireFox, but show the error for me to in Internet Explorer.
Will post this in the team boarf for Bloc to check out why.

Clear your IE cache..it seems something was wrong in a earlier version of that page.
