div leftbar and div rightbar: background color?

[growl]

hi!
how would i change the background color of div#keftbarHeader and div#rightbarHeader?

I want them to look like solid columns from top to bottom(until the last block on each side), so i'äd like to change the background color of them and of the bocks. Theme:default.
