Old Topic Posting

Hey, I saw when someone posted on a old topic it had somthing like Warning! this topic is 120 days old please search or think about posting how would I get that? is that a tp feature? also spellcheck

Its built in to smf.  Go to admin panel>post and topic>topic settings>time that topic is warned as old on reply
