Block does not exist error

Each time I try to insert a new block, I see this error:

OH NO!  An Error has Occurred:

Block Does Not Exist

Doesn't matter which block I try to insert - new ones or ones already in place - I see that error.

The system worked fine mid last week, but this showed up when I tried to insert a new block on Friday - no clue as to why...

I am in the default theme.

This is happening when I try to use the following path:

Admin>>Block Manager>>Add Right Block

I already do, in fact, have this section (Right Block) live on the website.  So, is this an error because I'm trying to do something that's already done?

Can you post an extract from the error logs? And/Or a temp Admin username and password if required.
We can then look at what's going on.

I'm not sure exactly what info to take form the rror logs - and what's even relavant.  i can say this - there seems to be one hell of a lot of stuff in there, though - seems to me that my system has a boatload of errors showing.

I did create a second admin, so if someone could take a look around, it'd be very much appreciated.  ...and I won't post that info openly, so if you have the time, please drop me a PM and we can take that username and password offline for safety's sake.

I suggest deleting all the errors in the logs, then attempt to do what you have been trying to do, then go back and check the logs again.
I'm currently at work and my time here is a little limited. If another Team member wants to take a look, please do. I will try to have a look later when I get home.
