Code Button Broken

I dont know if anyone else has noticed but when I press the code button [ttt][ttt] i got that it didn't always work for some reason it works in this post

Sometimes when the page avent had the time to load compleatly you get a non functional button. If you let it load until it's done, they work fine.

Alright, thats probably why my code tag's keep appearing like that thanks
