Prob with the Themebox

I have a Themebox which is working fine for Members but guests are not able to change theme through it though they are allowed to see it.
Can any1 help me?
Mine TP ver 0.9.8 and mine SMF ver 1.1.2

Ok I am sorry for this I guess I posted very soon lol.
They are working fine now as I allowed members to change theme now guests are able to change to but i wonder why this happened?

It happended because by not allowing members or guests to change themes, TP can't do anything about it. It relies on the "theme=xx" to work.
