hello how ima able to fix this thing during installation?

A search would lead you to the answers as we have given them a few hundred times in here already.

Proceed the install and make all the edits manually to the index.template.php in the themes/default folder.
The install MUST be made with the default core theme as forum default.

Knowing a lot about php is helpful but you really don't have to know that much php to do an install using the directions in the Docs section because those directions will give you a step by step guide on what to do.
