[fixed] - (eval?) line 229, errors

I keep finding errors from my error log, no matter where I go. I didnt notice it day or two ago.
Only thing I've changed is adding favicon before </head> in appropriate file.

I checked my favicon.ico line, didn't fix it

I believe it may be theme related indeed, since 2 days ago or 3 with the kind help from humanporkrind I got the Aa New Damage to work without the problems i first noticed.

The errors date back to that event, I hope it can be fixed, Ive started to like the theme a lot.

Any ideas yet? Or suggestions what to try? Some while ago, when I started using TP and SMF i got all sort of errors in log, but I have long stopped using any mods besides TP and my error log has served nicely the purpose of tracking any people who might try to guess someones password or to keep track on how often banned members try to enter the site, currently I have disabled error logging because the error log can grow as big as 80+ pages in one day if I do any work on it. Now the (eval?) line 227 error has turned into line 229 error, I haven't done any modifications to the files, manually, but its been 229 for a while.
