How to make a Block that Lists Sorted Forum Topics?

I installed SMF and TP, TinyPortal seems great btw.

I would like to know what would be the best way to create a left block that would list the subjects/topics that I create on this page. Some kind of PHP block? If so how.

For example, the left block would list the games in alphabetical order:
Game AAA
Game BBB
etc.
