Tinyportal Home & Forum buttons

Hi everybody,

I happily installed and ran TinyPortal 0.98 on SMF 1.1.2 forum. Everything works fine except for one little thing. When i click the "Forum" button (default theme), the forum itself appears (http://********/index.php?action=forum), meaning that the link works well, but the Forum button doesn't get highlighted. Instead of that, the "Home" button remains highlighted (http://********/index.php).

By the way, the same thing is happening right here in this forum. Is ther eany way to sort this out?

I'm not sure I see what you're saying. When I click on forum, it takes me to the forum, and the forum button is highlighted. When I click home, the home button is highlighted. That is not what you see? A link to your forum with a test account (if needed) would be nice.

I have the same problem. You can see it at www.kerncurricula.de. The forum-index is my homepage. If you click on a board, the button "Forum" is not marked any more.

I don't even see  a home button your site jpb. It also looks like you edited the menu. You may have done something in the edit. Hard to say.

Thank you both for the answers. Unfortunately I am testing my forum only locally so I can not put a link to it. By the way jpb's forum does the same, as this and mine forum does.
@IchBin Yes, exactly, even on here if I click Forum, it takes me to the Forum but only the Home button remains highlighted. Tested with Firefox and IE as well.

I renamed the "Home" Button to "Forum" an deleted the old "Forum" button.

I was talking to jpb. You're going to have to be more specific about your problem if you want further help. Perhaps post a link if you're still having a problem.

Thank you IchBin - I knew you were talking to jpb, sorry for my english.
As I wrote, unfortunately I can not post my link because the forum resides into my Corporate LAN.
Thanks for your help
