Hi All,

I'm trying to search for exactly the same error as mine but to no avail (they are a bit different).
I have posted this as well in SMF just in case it has something to do with them but I guess it might have something to do with the theme I'm using shich is OxygenTP by Bloc.

I have SMF 1.1.2 and TinyPortal 0.9.8 Installed and everything is working fine except for this annoying error coming out in IE7.

Line: xxx (not always on the same line (depend on the thread)
Char: 3 (Always the same number)
Error: Object Required
Code: 0 3 (Always the same number)
URL: Depend on the thread as well

Everything is fine whenever I'm only in the mainpage (Tinyportal) or the Forum Index or Board Index... but when I start to view a certain thread the error comes up.

The website I'm talking to is: http://www.atimonan-quezon.com/index.php (no error here)
Forum Index: http://www.atimonan-quezon.com/index.php?action=forum (no error here)
Example Thread: http://www.atimonan-quezon.com/index.php?topic=5.0 (error came out)

I'm not sure if there's an error already before I installed 2 mods or after I installed them.

I have the following MODS installed on my forum:

1. Enhanced Quick Reply TBA   [ Uninstall ] [ List Files ] [ Delete ]
2. Custom Profile Field Mod 3.16   [ Uninstall ] [ List Files ] [ Delete ]
3. TinyPortal 0.983   [ Uninstall ] [ List Files ] [ Delete ]
4. Reason For Editing Mod 1.14   [ Uninstall ] [ List Files ] [ Delete ]
5. Merge Double Posts 1.0.6   [ Uninstall ] [ List Files ] [ Delete ]  -- Just installed

Please help me as I can only copy and replace certain code but does not understand them. Thank you...

FOLLOW-UP: Can anyone help me please?...thanks!

Try uninstalling each of your mods one by one, and see if you still get the error.

yrral

Yes sir... I did already but the error still there.... thanks!

IchBin

It could very well be the google adds you have.

yrral

Hmmm... I didn't think about that... I'll try to disable it again one by one starting from Google Ads... I'll get back to post the result later... thanks.

yrral

IchBinâ„¢  I tried to disable the two last mods that I installed including the Google Ads but to no avail... I don't have any google ads as well inside the forum only in the frontpage...

I've been doing this since afternoon but I don't have the sufficient knowledge to troubleshoot this...

What I tried now is to go back to the default SMF theme and tried to browse the threads but the error was gone so I guess it has something to do with the OxygenTP theme.

Have you tried to search for the problem in here ?
I know there is one or two posts about this, and in one of them an answer on how to work around that error.
I cant find it right now, but try to search for it with diffrent search terms and see if you fins something.

Think it was something about "IE java error" or similar

yrral

Yes sir I did... although a bit similar it's pointing out to a different problem that's why I made this thread... thanks!

I mean it is not really a big problem but it's just rather annoying when you see that error... I tried installing firefox and I can't duplicate the error except in IE... I'm using IE7 by the way.
