Blocks not working?

[QueenTiye]

OK - I'm fiddling with the front page, and trying to get an RSS feed to work. Here's what I'm coming across:

1. I post an RSS Feed block as a front page block.
2. I choose as a display option - articles and forum posts - the RSS Feed shows up.
3. I choose Front Page Blocks as a display option.  the RSS feed shows up.
4. I choose Featured Articles and Front Page Blocks as a display option  - only the Featured Article displays.

Do you have your article set to display the blocks in the article options?
