I found an excellent link exchange script to share with all my buddies here on TP.net! Itââ,¬â,,¢s very customizable with a header and footer text files to make it look how you want. I also managed to integrate it into my TP page. For a preview, check my site: http://www.thepoliticalcapital.com. Itââ,¬â,,¢s on the left column at the bottom (Or at the very bottom of the page). Feel free to add your link while youââ,¬â,,¢re at it. And if anyone feels like debating some good old fashioned politics, then jump right on in!

First download the Linkman code from the following location: http://www.phpjunkyard.com/php-link-manager.php

ââ,¬Â¢ Follow the directions in the ââ,¬Å"readme.htmlââ,¬Â file (don't worry, very simple stuff)
ââ,¬Â¢ Create a PHP article with the following code:
include (ââ,¬Å"http://www.yoursite.com/links/links.phpââ,¬Â);

ââ,¬Â¢ If you'd rather have your links show in a block, create a PHP block with the above code instead of creating an article and skip the next three steps.
ââ,¬Â¢ Format the article how you like, I.E. showing left blocks, center blocks, etc.
ââ,¬Â¢ Create a link on your site with the article URL as the link:
<a href="http://www.yoursite.com/index.php?page=26">Link Exchange</a>

ââ,¬Â¢ Open "header.txt" and add a link to your submit page:
<html>
<head>
<title>Links</title>
<a href="http://www.yoursite.com/index.php?page=27">Add Your Site</a>
<body>

or if you created a PHP block instead:

ââ,¬Â¢ Open "header.txt" and add a link to your submit page:
<html>
<head>
<title>Links</title>
<a href="http://www.yoursite.com/links/form.html">Add Your Site</a>
<body>

Thatââ,¬â,,¢s it. It sure donââ,¬â,,¢t get no simpler. Now you have a fully automated link exchange system that visitors to your site can use. The exchange uses a text file to keep your links and so requires no SQL database. It automatically verifies that a reciprocal link has been placed and also crawls submitted sites periodically to verify your link is still there. It has a separate admin page so you can manage your links. Enjoy!

You're trying to install what? For this code snippet, there's no installation. And it certainly doesn't use the Load.php file. You add this code to an article.

see here http://joyrider.110mb.com/index.php?page=19

Hi wdm2005. Make sure you add the link to the "header.txt" or you'll get that blank page. As for your error, I'm no expert or anything, but I'd say you have a syntax error somewhere in the linkman code that causing SMF to error when it runs one of it's own files. I'm not sure the relationship load.php has, but maybe it's trying to call the code and errors out when it reaches the syntax error.

Just a guess...
