New 1.1.2 install - TPv9.8 not installing

  Have no idea why this is happening?! Just installed a new version SMF 1.1.2 and then installed TP 9.8 but doesn't install correctly. The blocks appeared but the TP admin block is empty? Tried it several time with the same result...
