No TP controls in admin panel

Okay Iââ,¬â,,¢m having a problem downloading TP to my forums.
Iââ,¬â,,¢m just setting up 2 new forum so there are no packages or anything else installed.
I am using the default theme for the install on both and they have both said theyââ,¬â,,¢ve down loaded properly and are ready to use. It did add the Tiny Portal Admin box, but thereââ,¬â,,¢s no links in the box to admin the portal. When I go to the home page I see the TP but no link to the forums.
Both are the same so if Iââ,¬â,,¢m screwing up, at least Iââ,¬â,,¢m consistent.

Iââ,¬â,,¢m trying to get the TP+ Azure + Gallery +Arcade to work on this site;

On the other site Iââ,¬â,,¢m trying to get a setup just like Stormsââ,¬â,,¢ demo Artificial Intelligence including the link for recipes, with the arcade added.

Never post your admin account in the open forum, not very safe

If you do a bit of search you will find several topics now with the same issues, and how to solve them.
Just read a few posts down in this forum you are in right now.

I have gone into both accounts into my default server settings and set the language to English Utf8 and it doesn't help.

I have read these threads, I've spent the better part of 3 hours reading BEFORE I posted my question trying not to impose on someone for a little guidance. In fact in one thread I read somewhere You asked someone for their username and paseword so you could look, that is why I included it.  I may be old, and I may not be real computer savy but I'm not stupid enought to actually give anyone MY username and password, I went and set one up just for this purpose. It's a new install, there's absolutly nothing there that could be considered confidential for anyone to see, You can't hijack it because I can delete the account.

So again thank you for your help, and if this is the help I can expect I guess it is not woth the effort to use TP.

Funny thing is I've spent over 4 hours reading these forums trying to learn. I've seen your responses be very good and helpful at times and others be about as helpful as you are now. Guess I picked the wrong day to ask.

Well ,maybe best you seek some other portal system if you already think this is a bad support given to you.
Francly i dont care about one, two or even 10 users that think they are set aside in the support, i have quite a few posts done, even help and support a lot of sites for members that doesent know any of it, but still want a site to play with.
So with this said, hope you find better support on another portal system support board.....

Forgot one thing.
Im sorry if you thought me removing your log in and pass was a bad thing, i really cared about you, AND your sites saftey, but i guess i had nothing to gain for caring about it....

I've gotten along just fine without a portal system, I'm sure I can live the rest of my life without one.

Frankly no, it wasn't bad support, it was absolutly none.

Seems like it was a good support question, as you even looked up the info I pointed you to in my first post (Search), and also in what forum you could find the answers to your issue. Also you could have specifies what you have tried out before your first post, would have saved both time for me, and also perhaps even given you the correct anwer from me as i would have known what DIDNT work for you.
