Add Article error

when i try and add pictures to an article i get this error

what does it mean??

i have checked the folder settings and it is cmod to 777

This is a strange error, and i have gone away from the routine in the next release. Sometimes the image files can't be read for size - for some reason, even if the folder have correct permission.

have you tried just setting the image files to 666?

nope does not work  still get same error with cmod set at 666

will just place a remote link picture then
