Editing content block

I have noticed there is a block on my left menu called "Content". How do I edit the content in the box? Thanks. I'm a noob to TP.

tpadmin > edit blocks and click the edit icon far right of content row

I already knew that. What I'm looking for is how to actually edit what appears in the content box.

Sorry to bring up an old topic, but i thougt this was for my nav links, and i cant figure out how to add pages an whatnot.  If someone could help me thatd be great.

Add a page by adding an article. Then in your menu you can add a link to that article.

It should be working under those settings that you have. I'm unsure why it wouldn't work. If you'd like I can take a look under the hood for you. Feel free to PM me the info if you would like to.
