open attached images in a separate window?

Is there a way to have the attached images in a post to open in a separate window. Today one have to scroll both horizontal and vertical to display a big image in a post...

... Actually sometimes they actually DO open in a separate window but I havent figured out what criterias have been met to trigger that function ...duh...

So if you have any ideas on this I would be grateful!!!

This is more an SMF support question then it is TP.
So i suggest you browse to simplemachines.org and ask them for help.
I know there is a mod that will do this for you, but i cant remember the name of it.
