I  noticed a few minuetes ago that since the upgrade when I,the administrator, of my forum post a shout my screename stays the same color as everyone else.  Before  it was red when I posted a shout.  this is not a big deal but I would like to fix it if its not to hard.

IchBin

Works fine here. Does it act this way on all themes for you? Does it do it with the Administrator color only or does it also not work for other member groups?

tick

Well I dont know there hasnt been any shout since the upgrade.  and it does it on dilber mc theme and the default theme.

IchBin

Test it with a user account in a different group. This will help rule out if its happening to "all" member groups and not just the admin.

tick

It doesnt change with any of the groups.  If you want to take a look i can pm you the info to sign in

IchBin

Well if its not working on any of the groups I would suggest you upload the "TP files only" from the download section and see if a fresh set of files will fix it.

I kinda thinking I should leave well enough alone.  This is my live forum and if it crashes I wouldnt have the slightest idea how to fix it.

edit:  When you say tp file only do  you mean the manual install files

IchBin

Yes, I mean the manual install files.

tick

So just load them and let them overwrite what is there and that is all there is to it.  and do i have to do the part where I point my browser to the manual install php.  sorry for the newbie questions I just want to be sure

tick

still did not fix the problem.  I assume I did it right. any other ideas.
