Can somebody explain this response please?

I have a 1300 member forum that has gone down. When I wrote to my web host this is what they responded with....


zonegroups.com is throwing the follwoing errors:
User 'zonegroups' has exceeded the 'max_updates' resource (current value: 20000).
Per  mysql database is allowed to generate:
20'000 updates
50'000 questions

Please note the updates and questions are accumulated to last 60 minutes.

Nevermind, I found a lot out at the SMF forum. Seems to be a common issue with larger forums hosted at servage.net

What does that mean in english?
