Hope this is the right place to post this. I just had to upgrade my database to SMF 1.1.2..Now I have a double installation of TP on my forum and I don't know how to get rid of it. Could someone please help me...

G6Cad

Doubble TP would be somewhat impossible as the files are named the same so you should only have one install.
But some code can get duplicated durin the installation.

Can you specify what you mean by doubble TP ?
A link yo your site would be great, cause then we know where to start

Look at the top and you will see that their are two forums up there...They both lead to the one forum. Some of the shop items got doubled like the flags...

If you look at the top next to log out, you will see 4 buttons to get rid of the left and right blocks...

When you installed TP, did you install it with that theme set as your forum Default ?

Ghostwriter

That is the default theme, I just changed all the colors...and didn't change anything else.

You should probably go through each of the files TP modifies and check them for duplicate code. When this happens it usually touches more than just one of the files. You'll need to manually delete the duplicate code to get rid of the extra link and unshrink etc.

So then I just need to go through the TP files and nothing else? or do I need to go through all the files?

Either way, I guess I should get started...Lol...

Thanks IchBin and Thanks you G6

IchBin

Just the files that TP touches for code changes.

Off the top of my head:
forumroot - index.php, SSI.php
Sources - Load.php, Errors.php, Profile.php, Subs.php, ManagePermissions.php, Security.php
Themes/default/ - index.template.php, profile.template.php, help.template.php

Thanks again IchBin...I am glad Ididn't start when I said, I wasgoing to start in theroot and work my way around...

Thanks again to everyone for being so helpful...
