Code for Recent Topics

Anyone got the code for the Recent Topics SSI block?  It would help me to see it so I could figure out the formatting for my own custom block.

Another option is to look at the SSI.php file, which is where the function is.

sorry, what i'm trying to get a hold of is all the code for when you create a new recent topics SSI function block in TP.  i'm trying to figure out how to utilize the short_subject function and i can't find it implemented anywhere so i can compare it with the code of my custom recent topics SSI. i know the default recent topics SSI block has it included, i just can't find the code for it.  i'm sorry, i know i'm a total newb at this so maybe i'm not even right about what i need. i've opened the SSI.php file, that's where I discovered the short_subject thing, i just can't figure out how it works in the code as a whole. i'm a cut and paste coder, couldn't write a string from scratch for nothing.
